Proxy wars happen everywhere, not just between states.
This isn’t anything new. It happens in marriages. Usually done by friends and relatives who make Statements like:
- He doesn’t appreciate you.
- You deserve better.
- You’re right and he’s wrong.
- Why doesn’t he treat you the way John treats Mary?
At night, when the husband comes home, it would lead to a fight.
The also applies to businesses.
- The CEO wouldn’t be successful without you.
- Your business partner takes you for granted.
- Screw your vendors & partners. They don’t do enough for you.
I can share scenarios with siblings, sports teams, religions and the list goes on.
The current state of affairs around the world and in America is all about envious instigators behind closed doors that are causing divisions.
The Key is to be aware of instigators tactics that lead to proxy wars.
1. Flattery
2. Rumors not being verified
3. Who gets credit
4. Guilt & blame
5. They’re just a friend that wants to help
90% of the time all you have to do is pick up the phone and deal direct.
So many of the world’s problems could be solved if a great synergist, unifier was able to broker a meeting amongst all interest parties.
I’m not saying Pickford isn’t the number 1, but if he gets an injury leading up to the Euros another GK will be coming in with hardly any international experience ⚽️
Ian Botham has made a few enemies in his time.
But nothing matches the poison of his 45 year feud with former Australia captain Ian Chappell. In fact, it's still simmering today...
Their hatred began in a smoky bar in Melbourne back in 1977, where the pair got into a raging row.
Botham claims he threw Chappell across a table and chased him down the street when the Aussie batsman insulted English cricket, while Chappell accuses Botham of shoving a smashed pint glass in his face and threatening to cut him "from ear to ear".
Both men refused to apologise, and their loathing seethed on for decades.
In 2010 - 33 years later - they got in a scrap in a car park and had to be dragged apart.
Earlier this year, Australian broadcaster Channel 9 brought Botham and Chappell together to finally bury the hatchet.
But the pair could barely look at each other and it soon descended into name-calling.
Asked to say one positive thing about Botham, Chappell went for: "Gutless coward", leading Beefy to brand him "sad and lonely", invite him outside for round three and then storm out.
This is what we want to see.
AJ likely wouldn’t beat the likes of Fury and Usyk (as demonstrated over 2 fights) by outboxing them.
He is at his best when he puts fear into his opponents.
Can’t wait to see what AJ brings 23rd December after having trained for a few months with @BenDavison_

I’ve seen the Criticism towards Lyndon v Bivol. What’s he meant to do a turn down a world title shot for a shed load of money 🤣🤦🏻♂️
Fill your boots son. Brilliant opportunity 👏
