The police did come. One car came. Then another. They came up to me as I sat on my porch.

We were cleaning and pressing on our own front walk that leads to the front steps.
Not the public sidewalk.

The shutdown orders are empowering many neighborhood Karens to become either a vigilante, a narc, or the secret police. And they’re outing themselves on NextDoor, HOA list servs, & Facebook. How about if people wash their hands, wear a mask in public, and mind their own business?
