We're currently looking into this and working reverting the original payment so that it can be processed again to the right account.
When the payment was processed in April, it was sent to the banking details h4rn originally provided. Those details belong to an active bank account, but one registered to a different person that h4rn does not have access to, which is why the payment did not bounce back.
Our team has been in contact with h4rn in DMs and separately to the bank to recover the funds to try and resend to the account he most recently provided.
Incredibly tough to put into words how disappointed I feel right now.
After giving everything I had every single day at ENCE, it really hurts to see things end this way.
Still, Iโm deeply thankful for the trust, the people I worked with, and the experiences we built together โ inside and outside of the server. Coaching all three different rosters has been a privilege.
Even after this setback, my passion for CS2 hasnโt changed one bit. Iโm still hungry, still motivated, and still ready to work harder than ever.
Iโm now looking for a new challenge as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach.
