Due to a water main break at 504 Cottonwood Dr., water service is temporarily shut off. Repairs are expected to take 3.5 hours. Affected areas are:

โข Northeast and southeast sections of Plum.
Customers in the following areas may experience low water pressure for approximately three hours while Starkville Utilities crews flush hydrants:

The water division is planning to perform a repair on a water leak on New Light Road starting at 830am on Thursday, Sept. 3. This will impact customers in Sunset subdivision, Whispering pines, New Light and surrounding areas. We anticipate the work to take 3 hours to complete.
