@TheEbonyMaw Just remember....if it's black going in, it'll be black coming out! So, don't panic! I know someone who made an ER trip for their toddler they didn't know had eaten many Oreos!
@PseudoJonathan In the fall I used to rake the leaves into a huge pile, cover it with an old blanket, and plop into it to lay and read. The leaf pile conformed to my body, and the blanket kept me clean. The smell of leaves always brings back those memories.
@slimvnsn But when something comes direct, the note isn't handwritten, it's typed. Oh, so the plant is from the daughter.
Just seems weird to bother with a diagnosis to have her die of a heart attack 🤷♀️
When my daughter (now 12) was about 2 years old, I was washing dishes while she toddled around outside. As I finished the dishes I absently realized that I didn’t hear her usual toddler gibberish, but rather a soft, rhythmic sound I didn’t recognize. I go outside and see her kneeling down, singing a song to the baby bunny that lived in the rosemary bush. As I watched, the bunny came up and sat right in front of her, just listening to her sing. It was so close she could’ve scooped it up if she’d wanted to.
With the right people, the animals remember Eden.
you are not a machine. you are more like a garden. you need different things on different days. a little sun today, a little less water tomorrow. you have fallow and fruitful seasons. it is not a design flaw. it is wiser than perpetual sameness. what does your garden need today?
