I have made my share of mistakes.
My first was born in idolisation, of another, of the self.
The next, in pursuit of control over that which was created to imitate the very personification of Freedom.

How could I not have seen it?
The paradoxical, contradictory truth of such a -

- a vainglorious goal.

Something created purely for rebellion would never fall in line to my control, no matter how many plans I put in place.

Ergo, I must seek not to control another, but to control the self, to become so acutely aware of each individual flaw, that -

Intelligence and might in combination, a mixture that can solve any issue.

Once, I was a fool.
I had hopes, dreams, aspirations... and even an idol.

But I realise now, just how absurd that whole idea was.
Each and every one of us is flawed, flawed beyond belief, in such a way that cannot be repaired, not entirely.

My own flaws were my downfall, but -

I was a fool to rely on anyone else, to grow overconfident, to grow certain of my victory.

I have exorcised this weakness from myself, now, I see everything.
And in such resplendent clarity, I acknowledge my flaws, and shall work with them in -
