I raced my last ever high cool state meet. Before today I never had a ‘perfect’ meet, now I can say I have. Started strong with a 12sec win in the 4x8, followed by a 2mi win, and finally a 2sec win in the 4x4! I have never had as much fun with these girls as I have tonight.

Congratulations to you 5A State 4x800 STATE CHAMPIONS!!!

[phsrams @phsrams1]

You are looking at STATE CHAMPIONS!!! The same team that won earlier today, just won AGAIN in the 4x400! And if that isn't enough, Starlyn Edwards is the 3200 STATE CHAMPION!!! It's a GREAT DAY to be a RAM!!

Another one for the books ✨ this meet was so so so incredible!! My girls and I all hit PR’s tonight! I won the Mizzou HS Distance Elite mile, with a time of 4:56.73!! So blessed with a 2 second PR tonight, even better with my girls! ❤️🖤

Had so much fun at the Arkansas High-school Invitational this weekend! I placed 9th overall in the mile with a 5:08 and placed 4th overall in the 800m with a 2 sec PR of 2:17 (winning my heat by over 4 sec). And I finished the weekend by testing positive for covid haha.
