Just received a phone call from @NissanUSA@Nissan Consumer Affairs with an “update” from someone who was calling on behalf of my case manager stating my case manager is still out of office (it’s been two weeks that they’ve been “out of office”) and that there’s still no update. They conveniently wait until close of business to call me. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a company. What in the hell is going on?

The Consumer Affairs department has all of that relevant information. Respectfully, I don’t want to waste any more time giving out information that your departments already have only to receive a phone call that there’s still no update.

Whatever you do, don’t buy a car from @NissanUSA@Nissan. I’ve had the worst experience with them. How does a less than 3 year old vehicle have catastrophic engine failure with absolutely no warning? On top of this, it had numerous recalls, one directly tied to engine failure. Contacted Consumer Affairs only to be given the runaround and told they were reviewing for “financial assistance”. Looks like I’m going to have to handle this legally because this is insane.
**Edit - by the way, the quoted repairs are over 13k to fix.
