The point of Flowery is that he pretends to be this all-powerful main protagonist using fake stats and using "the power of friendship" because in reality, he feels completely powerless due to being a flower. So when he got the chance to be more, he became SUPER opportunistic.

smth discussed in creative writing class is that "ideas are dead on arrival." when you're writing a story based off ideas instead of conflict, you're writing characters who talk about how they're feeling, never put them through anything. it's just a blog post, not a story
