BREAKING: DOT confirms to us that the truck driver who allegedly kiIIed 21-year-old UMass goalie and rising soccer star Tobias Forsythe, FAILED AN ENGLISH PROFICIENCY TEST.

The driver was Uzbek national Bekhzod Asrarov.

DOT tells me he FAILED an English language proficiency test and couldn’t understand officers when they arrived at the scene of the crash.

He was granted a CDL in Ohio.

This time, former federal public defender turned Miami Obama Judge Kathleen Williams.

After sitting on it for weeks, Kathleen Williams conveniently dropped a lawless order today gratuitously trashing Todd Blanche--even though he never appeared in the case--just before his Senate confirmation hearing on Wednesday.

This is the same judge who lawlessly attempted to use an obscure environmental law to block illegals going to Alligator Alley, before getting reversed by the 11th Circuit.

Kathleen Williams is a lawless partisan operative in a robe.

The Trump Justice Department will no doubt get her reversed on appeal.

Again.

But the negative headlines for Todd Blanche before his confirmation hearing in two days is no doubt worth it to Kathleen Williams.

NEW: Right before the 2020 election, DC District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan halted the Postal Service's plans to shore up mail processing rules to handle massive influx of mail-in ballots. Democratic states and cities sued to stop the USPS guidance; on Sept 27, 2020, Sullivan (Clinton) entered a preliminary injunction on behalf of the Democratic litigants. (A few years later, Sullivan entered a summary judgement along the same lines.)

Today, a DC appellate panel determined Sullivan had no jurisdiction over the matter. Too late to have any impact on the 2020 election...

As I have said over and over...this fishing expedition was not an attempt to build a case solely against Donald Trump. (NARA produced the messages in August 2023, AFTER the president had been indicted in both the J6 and classified documents matter.)

Smith was building cases against dozens of other Trump allies. Had Trump lost in 2024, Smith (or Kamala Harris DOJ) would have brought conspiracy charges against top GOP elected officials, interest groups, influencers, and WH officials.

According to Grassley/Johnson and Trump DOJ, Windom recklessly sent the text spreadsheets to the investigative team--bypassing the required filter team, which removes potentially privileged materials from investigators. (Biden DOJ was busted for the same thing following the raid of Mar-a-Lago, which is one of the reasons why Judge Cannon appointed a special master in Sept 2022.)
