@GOBLESSHOSS @Sora_chy @monly360 3- يجب أن يوجد أربعة رجال شهود و أيضا يجب أن يكونوا معروفين بالصلاح و الأمانة و الصدق و غير مقترفين للكبائر بل الإضافة أن يكونوا بالغين عاقلين و يُشترط أن يشهد الأربعة بأنهم رأوا عملية الإيلاج (التقاء الختانين) رأي العين بشكل مباشر وواضح لا شبهة فيه

أما إذا كان أحد منهم متزوج فيكون عقابه كما قلت الرجم حتي الموت و لكن ليس اي شخص إدعي أن رجل أو امرأة وقعوا في الزنا يطبق هذه القواعد

@GOBLESSHOSS @Sora_chy @monly360 1-نحن لا نتزوج الأطفال و لو يوجد أناس يقبلون زواج الأطفال فهذه عادات قبلية متخلفة لا دخل لما فيها ، و أيضا لا يتم رجم النساء الذين تعرضن للإغتصاب بالحجارة بل يتم معاقبة الفاعل ألا و هو المغتصب
و إذا كنت تريد التكلم عن الرجم بالحجارة فهذا يكون الرجل و المرأة سواء علي حسب كل حالة
