Current Ethics laws allow unethical politicians to remain in power. Start thinking ahead to the next government.

The time has come for Canadian Citizens to write the Ethics Laws.

1) Current Ethics Laws are weak:
When Ethics Laws are weak, there are no consequences for unethical politicians. That is why politicians who lie get to remain in power.

3) Who writes the current Ethics laws? Parliamentarians write the Ethics laws. The regulations will be weak when the same people write rules that would hurt them. This is a conflict of interest, which is why the Ethics laws are so soft.

4) Why Canadian Citizens should write the Ethics Laws.
a) Canadian citizens are not in a conflict of interest if they write the Ethics Laws.
b) The currently weak Ethics Laws prove politicians cannot write or enforce the discipline necessary for a healthy democracy.
c) Realistically, politicians are paid by Canadian citizens; essentially, they are our employees. Citizens should have the right to write the rules of a politician's employment. With the citizen's money, Canada exists.
d) You and I, as Canadian citizens, are ultimately responsible for the integrity of Canadian Democracy and our children's future.
e) No one will protect us from unethical people; we must do it ourselves.

Not an app. Not social media. On the device itself. Your camera. Your photos. Your messages. Scanned before they can even be encrypted.

Signal — one of the most trusted privacy companies on Earth — called it exactly what it is: “invisible surveillance infrastructure switched on by default.”

The government’s excuse? Protecting children.

But here’s the part that should terrify every Canadian:

The same law requires the Prime Minister’s personal sign-off to spy on a politician… while ordinary citizens get zero protection and no opt-out.

The Great Scam

After what @GadSaad posted yesterday, something I had no idea existed... an "Exit Tax" I did some digging.
This is what I found.

Canada's departure tax is one of the biggest scam taxes on the books. Apparently when you leave the country, the government treats you as if you sold every investment you own, even if you sold nothing.

You get hit with a tax bill on money you never touched, never withdrew, never spent. They literally invented a fake sale to justify taking your money.

Here's what makes it even worse. The stocks they're taxing? Those are foreign companies. Apple, Samsung, whatever you hold, those grew because of what those businesses did in their own countries, their own markets, with their own workers.

Canada had absolutely nothing to do with it. Zero. But they still want a cut just because you happened to live here while you owned them. They did nothing and still want to be paid like they did.

And before 1996 this didn't even exist the way it does now. Chrétien's government expanded it that year and buried it in section 128.1(4)(b) of the Income Tax Act like they hoped nobody would notice. Italy doesn't do this. Portugal doesn't. Belgium, Switzerland, the UK, none of them pull this shit.

You paid income tax every year. You paid sales tax. Property tax. You held up your end of the deal the whole damn time. And when you decide to go live somewhere else, they hit you with a bill for money that was never real to begin with.

• Girls as young as 5 or 6 were tied up and abused.
• Girls were locked in dog cages.
• Girls were branded with an “M” for Muhammad.
• Girls were threatened with being killed and fed to pigs.
• Girls were mocked for wearing a crucifix during the rapes.

All of this was carried out by Muslim men, particularly Pakistani.

This is not a government. The United Kingdom should be dissolved.
