After working with hundreds of startup teams: I’ve seen firsthand how these traits can make or break early startups.

They’re easily recognizable from day 0, and they aren't fixed traits, they are learned.

At its core it boils down to a belief in self through the journey and tackling difficult internal questions.

Once you find an unwavering source of conviction and confidence, the rest is more or less a collection of tactics.

Because, in the end—we get to decide how possible everything is for us.

Before you try building a billion dollar startup maybe focus on bootstrapping one to a million in revenue first.

You’ll learn so much with less pressure, you can fail without a ton of stress and if successful you’ll have a ton of options.
