Sorry, motorcycle asshole, but first, saying "I don't mean to be an asshole" doesn't mean you don't mean to be an asshole, and you totally mean to be one; Second, yes it is illegal to obscure your tag even in a parking lot, sitting on your bike that you're gassing up getting ready to drive. It is accepted precedence that a person obscures a tag because they committed or intend to commit a crime and obscuring the tag is to avoid being identified; Third, the officer's request to remove your helmet to see your face to verify that you are the person on the driver's license you handed him is a reasonable and legal request; So forth, Fuck You!

His basketball games. His swimming lessons. Even his preschool open house. His birthday party guest list was basically a map of the block.
