I want it again but I canttt not until another metab day 😭
A little worried about a vacation coming up soon. Stuff like that usually triggers a month binge (Christmas was horrible 😔)
Do you guys have tips on how to avoid that? I want to relax on my restricting but I'm so scared it'll turn back into binging

Doing a metab day bc I should be losing a bit quicker but still super grateful for the progress I've done so farrr
Got work tomorrow so I'm not weighing, will prob weigh again in like 3 days instead (Monday)
Since I've gotten out of my binge cycle and are back to restricting a lot, it feels like impossible to eat a normal amount. Like my stomach started to shrink a little again tf
Hate that I'm having to do a metab day as soon as I finally get below 180, it makes me feel like I'm going to gain it all back 😭😭 ik I won't but it still sucks omg
