STEP 1: NAME RESERVATION
Go to pre. cac. gov. ng/home
Create a Public User account
Click New Name Reservation → choose Sole Proprietorship/Partnership
Enter name → Save & Continue
Select New Incorporation → choose nature of business → Save & Continue
Submit & pay → Status: Pending → Approval in minutes/hours

STEP 2: BUSINESS NAME REGISTRATION
Click New Company Registration
Fill in business + proprietor details → Save & Continue
Select nature of business → Save & Continue
Upload NIN, passport photo, signature → Save & Continue
Pay via Remita (card/transfer/USSD) → Status: Pending

FINAL STAGE
Approval drops. Download tab appears. Click. Your CAC Certificate is ready.

That's it. You now own a registered business in Nigeria. No agent. No stress.
