#5 we had tickets and were just trying to get on the plane. We did everything we were told to do and then were told by United Airlines agents that we had incorrectly tried to get our tickets and should not have been standing in the line-- which was at our gate @UnitedAir_
#4 @UnitedAir_ Told us we could not get on the flight because she had already closed the door. Both agents were so horrible at their jobs and this has been the worst customer service I have ever received. I will NEVER be flying United again. #unitedairsucks
#3 @UnitedAirways ... the agent had never called our names, never called final call, never announced she was closing the door. She did her job so horribly that we missed our flight due to her inability to do her job. The gate agent then came out told us... #unitedsucks
#2 @UnitedAirHelp ... the doors closed and we asked the agent there to please call back our gate agent as we had tickets and were waiting in line to get our seat assignment. They then told us they could not have her come back until they closed the door... #unitedairsucks
I just had the worst experience with @UnitedAir_ due to the incompetence of their one gate agent, we were booked and needed to see an agent to get our seat assignments, we waited in line to get our seat assignments, we were waiting in line as the door closed... #unitedsucks
