@TTChelps I waited for 3 overfilled trains at College NB between 5:20 and 5:35pm today before I was able to squeeze on the 4th. No delays posted anywhere. But running trains every 5-6 mins in rush hour *is* a delay. Please address this!
@TTCnotices NB train has been sitting at college for 5 mins. 3 announcements have been made about a mechanical delay at Bloor. And nothing on website or Twitter.
@TTChelps what is the rationale for subway trains bypassing stations due to a “security incident”, when the stations are open to customers who are standing on the platforms waiting for a train? The stations just get fuller as no one is getting picked up by the trains…
@TTChelps waited for over 10 minutes between 820-830am at Fairbanks for the EB line 5. Car is packed. “No delay”. Screens showed 5 minute arrival time, and kept being wrong. Is the expected service frequency at morning rush still every 4 mins?

@TTChelps have all the “next train in…” screens been turned off? They all say nothing, or only say “every X minutes”. This morning’s examples of non-working screens are from Dufferin Stn and Bay.
@TTChelps what is the purpose of subway info screens that say “every X minutes”? Why is it not possible to publish live data on the next train scheduled at the station?
@TTChelps “normal” service on line 1 NB at college. These are the people left behind at the station after the packed train left. Took over 7 mins to arrive. Peak rush hour.
@TTChelps It took 3 EB trains (coming 5 mins apart) before I could board one at Dufferin. Got on the platform at 835, stuffed my family into a train at 850. Every operator announced that there is a train “1 minute behind this one”. Why were trains so infrequent at the height of the rush?
@TTChelps 12 shuttles for 13 stations? That should really help, given that 1 shuttles can carry maybe 1/2 subway car full of people. Why does it take an hour to clear a trespasser? And is the trespasser at all 13 stations at the same time!?!? Incredible powers!!!
@TTChelps 1hr 15mins to get from
a college Stn to Dufferin stn this aft. “Normal Service” on line 1 but could not get on platform. Walked to Queen’s Park. 25 mins to get to St. George (still “normal”). No trains WB. Walked to Bathurst, then subway fixed. A Friday gift!
@TTChelps 34 bus at Eg station says “short turn” without saying to where. Huge crowd of waiting people all have no idea whether to get on, as no destination is listed. Bus driver runs off on break - bus departs at least 7 mins after app indicated time. Please do better!
