The threat was made on TikTok calling on students to to commit acts of violence in their schools on Dec. 17th. No threats have been made towards Free State or other schools in the district.
A recent social media trend inciting violence has raised concern from the school district. The district is working with the the Kansas State Department of Education to monitor threats made against schools.
