Outside hospital, cross roads crumbling, potholes remain that was reported 3 years ago, allegedly comes under the Plaid Councillor

This was December 2017 when wife ran over this pothole, checking back on google maps (Shh!) back then this started to break up 18 months before - Where were the road inspectors? Only my email got it fixed however ......
