Just weeks ago, Virginia Senator L. Louise Lucas helped lead a redistricting effort that could help Democrats gain as many as four seats in Congress, dealing a major blow to the GOP’s redistricting strategy.

Now, the FBI is raiding her office.

Virginia state Senator L. Louise Lucas' office has been raided by the Trump administration.

This follows the overwhelming victory of the Virginia redistricting referendum, an initiative that Lucas was heavily involved in.
