@GACTVDX I checked with ChatGPT on this, and it says HD radio is now allowed on LPFMs. The rule can be found in section 73.860. I also hear another LPFM on 104.7 in Ocala Florida has HD.

A 21-watt LPFM by e-skip, 92.7 WMXR-LP Miami Florida received in Akron Ohio yesterday (June 3, 2026) with TOH ID and RDS. It mentions HD? I didn't think LPFMs were allowed to transmit in HD.

I’m not convinced they’re running 21 watts ERP. I checked the FCC records and was even more confused. It looked like they had a problem meeting interference requirements to 92.3 and 93.1. So they literally picked a location exactly where the protected contour lines of 92.3 and 93.1 meet and just said they’re transmitting from there 😂 with less power.

Here's a new one, 102.7 ZFDR Freeport Bahamas received here in Akron Ohio at 1,016 miles. The WTFDA database shows that it's 100 watts. 102.7 Miami got out of the way to give RDS text... "FEEL DA RIDDIM, Grand Bahama's Number 1 Party Station".

I’m sure I fall somewhere between the 135 and 225. It takes quite some time to develop the muscle to do the 225. I suppose if I really wanted to know what my ego lift weight was, I could push myself to the limit. But I am working for hypertrophy with 6-12 reps and individual dumbbells that require more stability.
