@Caribbros In Origin aswell as Paid Origin, Could you remove ALL Target quests against D-/D+? It's ridiculous that Any rank can just target a D- (Who may or may not have a single jutsu). Not to mention vice versa that Academy students are expected to be able to kill someone day one
