@RKing618 @mikefichera Him being charged as the actor, I agree it’s dicey. It is tragic but was an accident. If the actor were to drive his car into another car as part of a stunt and the other driver or crew died, would they be charged the same as in this case?

An extension of me. I consider giving birth the beginning of life. To me anyways. I know many will not agree.

@jroell86 @P0LICE_SQUAD I agree they need to be re written. And this SCOTUS opinion really is just saying it’s not a federal issue to decide. It’s state. I think everyone needs to take a breath until the opinion is given but I also know repealing RvW will not stop abortions, it will only stop safe ones.

@P0LICE_SQUAD @jroell86 My crappy thoughts coming in hot: I am ok with the 15 week cut off for the procedure and after that only if mothers life depends on it. That’s almost 4 months. I think 24 weeks is excessive. So in my world, this thriving fetus would be carried to term.

@P0LICE_SQUAD @jroell86 Well that’s the central problem. Where does it become life? Also if we can debate what is life in utero, does that go across the board for anything defined as living? Say I let my fern die in my kitchen…is that an illegal, punishable crime?

@jroell86 In my opinion, it cannot live outside of my body without medical intervention before 20-25 weeks. Even up to about 36 weeks in utero. So if it cannot survive without a host keeping it alive, is it murder?

@jroell86 There is no way to bridge because there is no definitive answer as to when life begins. As a woman who is a political purple person but also desperately trying to conceive with her husband, for the first few months, in my opinion.. I need to stress that part.. 1/
