It accepts the information, gives us a cost for selected flights and then refuses to open the next page, for seat selection!
It then makes us go back to the selection page & revises & increases the rates!!! WTF!

@Flipkart I got a notification that my account was accessed and to log out of all devices! The safest option was to change my password and although all sites, including your own state, go to "My Account" to do this, that DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE!

@MandSIndia We have a recording of the call as we queued up to the first position in the queue and were given the same message AGAIN, saying there's no one to take the call and the line gets cut!!!!!
So who the hell was on the line before us?!!!!
