No updates, no accountability with shit service managers. No one picks up the call or bothers to give updates.

@Lets_Colive doesn't forget to hike rent every month but forgets to clean and send caretaker conveniently. This pg has no management and it's been more than a month. Every call either falls on deaf ears or is greeted with "we will get it done tomorrow positively" .

Last month, three caretakers fled because they weren't being paid. This month there's no caretaker to begin with. Why should we pay rent if there's zero service.
All the dustbins are full, the geysers are out, the generators only work if a tenant turns them on.
