Always expecting for everything to be given to you is why many people will be poor in this life.

If you want something, go for it.

Well at the end of the day, I have my life to live and you have yours so only the people that want to change will listen and the rest can continue giving excuses.

I don’t support Tinubu’s government but many people I know have seen that as an eye opener that “they are on their own” and have started working to better themselves.

65 FREE SURGERIES FOR 65 CHILDREN

Yesterday, I attended the final follow-up clinic and appreciation programme at Mother Mary Hospital, Isolo, Lagos, following the successful completion of 65 free surgeries for children to mark my 65th birthday.

I am deeply grateful to God Almighty for guiding the medical team throughout the process and for granting all 65 children safe and successful surgeries.

The surgeries, led by Dr Folaseye Adebayo and her dedicated team, included adenotonsillectomy. This procedure removes enlarged or chronically infected tonsils and adenoids, which can cause breathing difficulties, recurrent infections, and sleep-related problems in children.

What made the occasion particularly touching was listening to parents share their testimonies and hearing how these procedures have improved their children’s health and quality of life.

My profound appreciation goes to @DrFolaseye Adebayo and her entire team, the hospital management, the parents, and everyone who contributed to making this initiative possible.

For me, birthdays are not merely occasions for celebration. They are opportunities to give back, touch lives, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

I thank God for the privilege of being part of this initiative and, most importantly, for the gift of 65 healthy and hopeful children.

May God continue to bless all those who dedicate their lives to saving and improving the lives of others.

To make it in this life, you have to be strong and be ready to fight through no matter the outcome.

You will meet failures, heartbreaks, disappointments from the people you trusted, unfortunate emails from the job you applied to, childlessness, loneliness etc.

You need to understand that life is not fair, death is not fair, poverty is not fair and Tinubu don’t give a shit about you.

Cry if you must or whatever to release that stress and carry-on.

Focus on the brighter side and work like your life depended on it because it does.

Start that course today, apply to many jobs today, send that proposals today, open that business today, yes it might fail but do it anyway and have the attitude of even if it doesn’t work, I will try again.

That’s how you will win. Keep trying and keep pushing until pain becomes nothing for you to fear of. Accept that and win.
