🐾❤️ She had no home. No owner. No one to call her own.
Yet when danger arrived, she protected the children as if they were family.

In Odisha's Mayurbhanj district, a group of schoolchildren were sitting outside when a venomous snake silently approached.

Before anyone could react, a stray dog named Kali sprang into action.

What followed was a fight she never had to take.

The snake struck her face repeatedly.

Again.

And again.

But Kali refused to back away.

She stood between the children and danger, absorbing every attack while continuing to fight.

Her only goal was simple:

Keep the children safe.

Eventually, the snake was killed.

Every child was unharmed.

But Kali had paid the ultimate price.

The venom had already spread through her body.

Moments later, she collapsed.

The dog that belonged to no one had given her life for everyone.

And suddenly, the village no longer saw her as a stray.

They saw her for what she truly was:

A hero.

Because courage is not measured by size.

It is measured by sacrifice.

Kali never asked for recognition.

She never asked for a reward.

She simply did what her heart told her to do.

This little puppy has been brutally attacked perhaps by a wild animal or a larger cat He’s lying helpless on a college campus, unable to move, unable to even stand… just waiting for help.

Seven stolen dogs managed to escape from an illegal transport truck.
