Despite giving the ticket center all this information they are continuing to refuse a refund. My father was the only income they had and now she is fighting these people when she really shouldn't have too. They said that because you accepted the payment they cannot refund.

They said it is a mental health issue and is non refundable. This seems very shady given the gospel your music spreads. She would have loved to see you guys in town. But her doctors said not to attend due to mental AND physical health issues.
