@shinobi602 Brutal for that team, shipping a game and then losing the studio right after. Hope everybody lands somewhere good fast.

@CallofDuty A Prestige path through the whole series is a great idea. Which old CoD are you most hoping gets a level?

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@IGN That's a classy way to honor him. So much of modern Call of Duty goes back to his work. Glad they made sure people remember it.

@NintendoAmerica RE4 first, no contest. Then go back for 2 so you can appreciate how far the series came. Anybody starting with 3?

Modern Warfare 4 Part 2 is up. You play a North Korean soldier hunting a defector in Following Orders, then Captain Price takes on Shadow Company in Hired Gun.

That first mission ends with an order you won't forget. Did it hit you the same way? https://t.co/CICaobnj34

Please!!!!!

🚨 Lucasfilm are "aggressively" pushing for a Star Wars Battlefront 3 according to a new rumour!

Both DICE and Bungie are in talks over a new Battlefront game.

Steam Next Fest starts today at noon CT with 8,011 demos, roughly double June's count. In June 2022 it had just over a thousand.

PC Gamer blames a flood of AI clones. Are you digging through the pile, or only trying the demos streamers find first?

Phantom Blade Zero launches Oct 28 at 9 PM CT on PS5 and PC, and it just climbed to #10 on Steam's top sellers.

gameranx has the rundown before launch. Is this a day one buy for you, or does it get buried between MW4 and GTA 6?

Modern Warfare 4's DMZ opens tomorrow in Early Access for digital pre-orders, three days before the full launch on Oct 23. MW4 is still #1 on Steam's top sellers.

Are you jumping into DMZ tomorrow, or holding out for multiplayer on Friday?

Modern Warfare 4 Part 1 is up. Private Park and the Marines fight through Hajin City in Mayhem, then Captain Price comes back in Out in the Cold.

North Korea hits the South right out of the gate. Did this opening grab you as hard as MW2019's did? https://t.co/dacU1cXSw1

@charlieINTEL Whatever you do, don’t refuse and don’t leave the woman under the floor.

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@Bravo6Intel @InfinityWard @CallofDuty @CallofDutyCM @gawdgriggs Even the girl bosses are cool in MW4….unlike the ones in Gears.

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@nintendolife Games show up for people in ways nobody plans for. Thank you for sharing something this personal.

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@pcgamer Took a while, but the name finally fits. Is Frozen Trail enough to pull lapsed players back in?

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@Polygon Somebody out there has waited 20 years for this and I respect it. Hope it plays as good as everybody remembers.

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@Kotaku If the memory alone runs $700, what's the whole box going to cost? Feels like a lot of people ride the PS5 a few more years.

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@eurogamer Barely qualifying and still the favorite is a wild spot to be in. Expedition 33's record feels safe to me, though. Story and music carried that one.

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@GameSpot Hugo Strange on the speakers while you glide over that city still holds up. Has any superhero open world topped it since?

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@PlayStation A sensitive co-host in an Until Dawn game sounds like the character the whole room yells at the screen to protect. January can't get here fast enough.

[The Steadfast Gamer @Steadfastgmr]

@shinobi602 "Open to more studios" is the real news here. A proper Republic Commando follow-up would get me back in day one. Which era would you want?
