The SEC has been giving subtle hints that it’s going to label almost all cryptos (besides #BTC of course) as securities. Instead of catching investors off guard, they’ve given clues via the Wells Notice to Coinbase and yesterdays “be careful with crypto” notice. It’s coming. #BTC
