@peterrhague @mars_stu Better, actually, as a Starship sized booster could cost less than the more exotic materialed Falcon, and Raptors are becoming super inexpensive. Certainly on a payload ton for ton basis but maybe even in a 1-1 rocket body basis.

Reentry and a controlled precise hover is the hardest part. It has done this. Now they can start catching it after proving it can be done and not simply go crashing into the ground.
