[redhawk44109 @redhawk44102]

Here's my advice while you can't go wrong with steelseries products in general you should grab the headset to suit your needs for instance if you have at most 3 consoles or you like the arctis mobile app get the nova pro omni to have every console & phone connected on 1 device

[SteelSeries Support @SteelSupport]

Hey @avenuefps - thanks for letting us know abt the issue. That's not the experience we want you to have. If you've updated to the new 122.0 firmware and still have issues, our Support team will be able to help track, diagnose, and solve the issue for you. We got your back, and now we'll help you get back in the game.

These Yuzu EarBuds would fix me.

[SteelSeries @SteelSeries]

Matcha or Yuzu? no wrong answers

[SteelSeries Support @SteelSupport]

@SteelSeries @LuciverseX We don't want you to have explosions going off inside your headset. That sounds bad. (Literally.)

Which headset is it? Shoot me a DM and I'll help you solve this.
