@Blizzard_Ent My WoW account got hacked, and you banned my account. I opened a ticket, and received an email response that it was unlocked. It is not. I can not update the ticket because i can not log in. You have no phone # to call. This is stupid. I need your help.

@BlizzardCS So i asked for help after the ticket "solution" provided hasnt worked, and i get nothing as a response? Happily take our money, give no/unhelpful/minimum-effort response when assistance is needed. It's obvious it's the product, and not the business, that is worthwhile.

@BlizzardCS Also, the frustration is compounding the longer this goes on, and "this can happen" is not a helpful or useful response. It's as if Blizzard doesn't care about helping the subscibers and just lets people get away with hacking accounts. Booo.

@BlizzardCS Thank you, I was able to use that link to submit another ticket. I kept getting sent to the authentication page when trying to open or view my tickets before. Disappointed there is no phone # to call. This could have been resolved days ago.
