@Northpowergrid I have a question how is it I have power to my home and the entire street supplied via you but when I search my postcode it doesn’t exist the houses have been completed since mid December at latest we moved in in feb and pay our electricity bills?

@CrossCountryUK how often is drinks, snacks etc mentioned to be offered in first class? Bought ipgrade for the 6:40pm out of Newcastle because had decent experience on lner and transpennine but been on the train 2 hours only seen a staff member once and had one drink no food etc
