Great news! Our drivers will be paid $11/hr instead of the previous $9.50/hr due to the minimum wage increase in VA.

We are working on getting the wages up to $12/hr which would put us at the best paying job on campus!

Since COVID-19 shut us down for almost two years, here is what W&M steer clear is:

Mission:

To reduce risky driving behavior around the W&M campus and to support individuals alone late at night.

Free rides in our W&M Vans.

Will operate Fri and Sat 10pm-1am once launched.

It will take us about a month to hire new drivers and set them up on payroll. The Spring 2022 official launch will be announced in the future.
