@gdolphn Youll see your highest ROI in getting 8 hours of sleep a night. Fatigue is easier to recover from in a caloric surplus. Making sure you “deload” every now and then is crucial. Gives your body a break. Form is key. The better your form, the less the exercise should tax your joints
