$BTC General thoughts still
Sweep of $75,500/75,000 could provide sufficient liquidity for relatively sizeable upside move, perhaps to 81k
We ought then see chop from there, with a week or two of further alt performance
Or, the move first into 81k is the one that takes us to the 75 region etc
bitcoin:native Can see logically on the TPO where value ought to best be built
Dont want to be spending much more time in the 77k area, and weakness there could easily lead to 75k cascade
Any further moves into 77k ought be snappy ones for bulls

$ORCL $PLTR bitcoin:native A chaotic opening from a personal perspective
Hurried home from my dads birthday lunch
Market open.
ORCL, scammy PA, tapped 200D SMA for first time in a while, and couldnt stay bid above - Triggered my scalp
- Lots of the time I play scalp on general instinct, speed etc
PLTR, was short from Friday ish, closed today since my position was small size, and I want to get into a larger more aggressive position
- Could've compounded position yes, but I just want to effectively capture the chunk of a trend move here with size; I want to see slightly more of a breakdown, before sizing up and in
- Waiting to see how it interacts with 170, if not bid well there, will play aggro to 165, but hoping for at least 160 in reality
BTC
Was managing ORCL position simultaneously with 10's of alerts kicking off
The tape was very off, quite slow in fact, and the PA very algo and low liquidity like so I definitely was thrown off and didn't have conviction it was the daily local bottom
- Would've been more seamless if I followed the initial plan rather than engaging in doubt, which promotes delay, hesitancy and therefore inefficiency
bitcoin:native Some general thoughts.
I dont see why they'd create a new high before tuesday, and statistically thursday is highest probability for the high of the week anyway
Monday as always will likely ruin both sides
If we get a move into the 80 region I will start looking to be short, given the tape supports it
Not going to blindly short strength, I dont want spot strongly supporting the moves, where there is steady grind ups
I want to be shorting rapid, erratic moves, which people dont even get the chance to short
Monday likely will bait shorts in first thing, so whatever it presents would be a likely scalp
But perhaps tuesday being more of a trend day could present something better
bitcoin:native First target hit, nice bounce
Hit NPOC on TPO
on candle chart, hit 2D demand, OP, and HL gap
nearly 50% wick filled the 3D candle
And, internally, the demand was and is clearly there for a bounce
Now, could be too obvious but we ought take these stacked highs that were formed from low liquidity algo 'jobbin' (shout out MM Rev for that phrase)
$BTC I expect 61-60 in the next few days
Was an inefficient move up from the get go, and so value needs to develop through the thinner profiles, and seek equilibrium
Popped a short earlier today, will run through execution, reasoning etc tomorrow
Still ill so not with it mentally but if you actually spend time at the moment, this market is easy to trade
$BTC Mondays trade was more scalping, this time a momentum long on flip on the Daily VWAP and move out of the POC to VAH
More simple playing of market mechanics where there are natural rotations through and into value, by virtue of auction market theory
However specifically, I take these with conviction because I have the BTC tape speed, sound and flows in my ear and sight when trading it, courtesy of MarketMonkeyTerminal
Flipped VWAP and moved into imbalances/inefficiencies
Execution on the close was premature, shoud've waited for greater candle development + clear absorption of market order perp buys
Look on the TPO chart how at the end of the 29th, yesterday, price drifted under and out of the VAH, resulting in a statistically probable, and typical outcome of a clean rotation from the VAH to the VAL region ( went on much further so in the end)
On the image with the EMA's, look at both the momentum and the volume, and how these work hand in hand, to gauge a LTF breakout, and the resulting fade in buy volume and stalling of price
$BTC Todays trade, played low size and risk
Bread and buttter stuff, fading extremities of perp delta
Perp led rapid moves are my best scalps, so just aimed to sharpen the tools today since its end of the month and quarter, not big positions and I dont have a wider read on the market
If you at both where I shorted from and Tp'd from over those two positions, there are two things in common
Within these 30m candle screenshots there are 0 prints which include the absorption of perp buying pressure
- aggressive market buy orders (lifting asks) drove price into the upper range of the candle, but resting limit sell orders were large enough to consume all that buying pressure without price advancing further.
0 print shows that no transactions cleared above that level, meaning the buyers' energy was fully spent against a passive sell-side wall.
These rapid market order, perp led moves also ran into inefficiencies/imbalances (the red/blue lines), so I was merely playing market mechanics of price attempting to equalise, and find equilibrium
$BTC reason for the long was sweep of the low on a reduction in total volume, with absorption of perp sellers
Also gut feeling, was confident they wouldn't shove it any lower
Perp shorts were getting too keen trying to repeatedly shove it down, and logically those ineffciencies needed to be filled
Just chop chop chop for now
