@Minecraft you have terrible customer service. Emailed about account problems almost a MONTH ago. We paid for worlds & coins-nothing gets loaded. Meanwhile our kids continue to play. They watch videos, they create, they play. You are crapping on them because you won’t respond.

@emheltsley Primary care is good so far. Apparently, NCH has tested over 200 kids under 18 and only 1 has been positive. 🙏🏼🤞🏼. I have PPE at work.
