Effect is finally API Stable!
Starting with 3.0 the main package will follow semantic versioning:
→ major releases will include breaking changes
→ minor releases will include new features and new modules
→ patch releases will include bug fixes
I have been using TypeScript for such a long time that I can't even imagine doing a JS project without TS.
Using io-ts in a second project in a row and almost can't imagine doing a project without, especially the fp-ts parts that bring you Option type.

If you don't understand micro-frontends it's probably because you're not looking at the context in which they are applied. The context is the key to understanding any technology, if you really want to do it. :)
