@Kofie I worked for multiple sports teams as a sales rep. The base salary is very low just about everywhere around $25K-$35K, and when I started it was at minimum wage for some teams. You obviously get paid commissions as well but the team performance has a great impact on that.

99/100 people that work in pro sports are absolutely miserable and because it’s everyone’s “dream job” the orgs can pay 30-50% less than what that position would pay in the non-sports market.
