❌Un hombre ha sido detenido por tirar a la basura a este cachorro de pit bull en Boiro (A Coruña). No pisará la cárcel, porque en este país el abandono de animales sale gratis.

💪Desde PACMA insistimos en la necesidad de aumentar las penas por maltrato animal, incluyendo el abandono, para que los que cometan estos actos de crueldad cumplan condena en prisión.

45 dias e nada. O caso Orelha segue sem resposta, sem justiça, e a revolta só aumenta. A cada dia que passa, a sensação é de que esqueceram, de que quem fez vai ficar por isso mesmo. Não dá pra aceitar. A gente quer justiça, quer respeito pela vida que foi perdida e respostas pra quem tá sofrendo até agora. Basta de silêncio!

#SaveHachi Update (really not much of one)

I love posting happy adoption stories, everyone loves happy. Lately, I’ve been sharing them even more, partly to help drown out the absolute evil of the Hachi situation.

A few days ago, a friend who works for the @RosenbergTxGov told me the city is still hell-bent on k☠️lling Hachi over a first-time incident that was so minor the neighbor didn’t even see a doctor or go to the hospital.

This is especially infuriating when you compare it to Jack’s case, where there was an actual bite and a doctor's visit, yet the Montgomery County Judge showed mercy to Jack and his family and spared his life. (Thank you, Montgomery County!)

The court date is in 14 days.

Please don’t forget Hachi.

I CANNOT WAIT to see who @FortBendCounty chooses to prosecute this TOTAL DISASTER of a case. They will have to stand up in court and argue for k☠️lling Hachi, a German Shepherd who has a pet bunny. A PET BUNNY. People are saying they’ve never seen anything like it.

That poor attorney will have spent YEARS and a fortune on law school just to absolutely destroy their reputation on a case the ENTIRE WORLD IS WATCHING. Sad. VERY SAD!

And to add to the absolute DUMPSTER FIRE of a case, this is the ONLY CASE IN RECENT HISTORY where the Left and the Right came together. Totally united. Why? To save the life of a dog named Hachi. Everyone loves Hachi. Nobody wants this injustice. Nobody. #SaveHachi
