The acting on TT wasn’t great, and her trying to convince the other cops about her legitimacy. A lot more character development could have been made there.

Taraji acted the shit out of that role, along with Sherri. The message, the essence, the plot was good, but it was hard for me to fully be invested with the acting of the other characters. Teyana, I love you, but I couldn’t get past your good looks#straw

Obviously the reason of having multiple children will not be based on that fact that they can take care of the parents, but it is one of many possibility if compared let’s say to an only child scenario.
