@TPEassist we booked first class tickets from Liverpool Lime Street to Leeds at 18.54 this evening - we weren’t allowed to access the train told to get another one as it was full and were left stranded in Liverpool - appalling service! I want a refund!

@TPEassist We got a train to Manchester, however I am left in a difficult position as the toilet door was broken so I couldn’t use the amenities- we had to change at Manchester Victoria and are now on another train to Leeds due to arrive at 9.40 so babysitting cost have increased!

@nationalrailenq No they didn’t, but every man and his dog was trying to get on that train - we were just told to get on a different one, with a change and not in first class - disgusting! I want a refund.
