What I’m saying is every offseason to this point there have been guys we could’ve got but I understood waiting, this offseason there’s no excuse to not land one. I’ll give up 2 firsts for Marchenko in a heartbeat. Relying on Kantserov to be Kantsvechkin isn’t the best way to go about this. If he hits and we trade for a top 6 winger then good now we have 2. If he doesn’t hit and you don’t trade for a top 6 winger we still have 0. And Bedard goes 4 years without anyone.
