Hi Twitter! ⛄️ looks like I only have 280 characters, so I’ll be splitting my intro post into a series…
At a high-level, i’m an entrepreneur, adventure photographer and filmmaker, ski mountaineer, activist and advocate for story-based decision making (more on that later) 🙂
Merry Christmas 🎄⛄️ En route to Antarctica for a project we’ve been working on for over a year and a half ⛷🇦🇶.
Doug Stoup making his 50th trip to the frozen continent and my 4th. Always a pleasure and honor to join such a world class crew.
Content coming soon ⚡️⛄️
Holy smokes! Thank you to all my new followers - thank you @cathsimard_ for sharing my story! 😄
Here’s a picture of me on a ski mountaineering expedition on a remote Arctic island. My happy place :)
Welcome to the adventure!

‘Into The Arctic Storm’ - this was the final moment of visibility before an absolute whiteout for two days
Each Arctic gust brought with it increased speed and carried denser, icy bullets on a polar training expedition #nature#adventure#photography#explore#arctic#travel #⛺️
The coldest day I’ve ever experienced thus far at -52 Celsius. This was as we left the most remote and abandoned town of Pyramiden… after being stranded there for 2 days because the ice froze the entire fjord and we couldn’t get picked up… more fun times in the Arctic ⛄️
In 2019, I spent 3 months on the Arctic island of Svalbard on film and ski expeditions. This was one of our team’s Arctic home for 14 days.
Good times! ⛄️⛺️
Intro-series of “what i love”: ski mountaineering⛷
these were some of my first turns in Antarctica 🇦🇶 in 2017 with Ice Axe Expeditions. I was born and raised in Lake Tahoe, CA, so this was a dream trip. Very fortunate to now work in Antarctica almost every year
