Both “couldn’t care less” and “could care less” have become slang terms meaning you don’t give a f*ck about whatever it is. Americans in particular use the phrasing “could care less”. @BackupHangman Just because the country doesn’t allow transgender surgeries doesn’t mean they couldn’t get one. There’s literally gay bars in places where the punishment for homosexuality is life imprisonment.
