@Hobbycraft_Help @Hobbycraft_Help I'd like to cancel the order please

[SteppingIn2Adulthood @Step2Adulthood]

@Hobbycraft_Help He lives over an hour away in the town the parcel is in, and is visiting this weekend which is why he was going to collect for me. I cant give him my photo ID...

[SteppingIn2Adulthood @Step2Adulthood]

@Hobbycraft_Help ordered a click and collect that mu friend was going to pick up for me however the email says I need ID? I would've ordered in his name if I had known... how do I cancel order?
