Why do liberals think trump supporters are in a cult
When he ran a fraudulent university intent on stealing from poor people you said; That’s fine

Then when he boasted about his sexual abuse;
You said; No big deal

Why are some people like this?
Way to spectacularly miss the point.
These brave women were more than qualified for more specialized tasks, but no one in power would give them the assignments or the respect they deserved.
Instead, the 6888 battalion was tasked with sorting and delivering more than 17 MILLION pieces of backlogged mail in a 6 month period. Everyone who tried before them had failed.
They worked around the clock in dimly lit rat-infested warehouses and airplane hangars with blacked out windows under the constant threat of air raids. They endured attempted attacks from a German U Boat and astounding disrespect and bigotry from those who owed them gratitude.
Three of the batallion’s members were killed in the line of duty, and the military refused to even honor their sacrifice by paying for their burial.
Many of these women were highly skilled medical technicians who could have easily been assigned to more esteemed duties if they didn’t have to fight the additional war of racial and sexual prejudice.
But they took a job no one else wanted (and one that everyone prior to them had failed), and they did it with excellence, boosting the morale of the troops and bringing peace and comfort to those back home.
If you can’t respect their efforts, the least you can do is shut up. I promise their contributions to the world are more meaningful than sitting around on X throwing stones.
Trump voters are beginning to realize that “Obamacare” is the Affordable Care Act.
It’s the reason their pre-existing conditions are covered.
It’s the reason their father may be getting cancer treatment.
It’s the reason they may be alive.
Elections have consequences.
Ukraine deeply appreciates the United States’ steadfast support, especially as we approach the end of this challenging year. The nearly $2.5 billion in security assistance is a crucial contribution that will strengthen our defenders on the frontlines.
This support comes at a critical moment, as Russia intensifies its assaults, even resorting to involving North Korean soldiers and continuing to receive weapons from North Korea and Iran. Every act of solidarity from our partners saves lives, strengthens our independence, and reinforces our resilience. It also demonstrates that democracies are stronger then autocratic aggressors.
We extend our gratitude to President Biden @POTUS, leaders and members of both parties in Congress, and all American people for their unwavering support of Ukraine. From the very first days of Russia’s aggression in 2022, the assistance of America and other partners, combined with the heroism, bravery, and determination of the Ukrainian people, has played a key role in enabling Ukraine to defend its sovereignty, liberate significant territories from Putin’s criminal forces, and restore freedom of navigation in the Black Sea.
Russia and its evil axis accomplices speak the language of war crimes and intimidation. Together with the U.S. and other partners who share our values, we must respond with strength, dignity and an unshakable commitment to freedom.
We must continue moving toward peace through strength to achieve our common goal of peace in 2025—a goal shared by Ukraine and all its partners. Ukraine, which defends itself from brutal daily attacks, counts on our strategic friends.
Turns out that Vivek’s father came to America on H-1B to work for GE and later arranged for his mother to come right before she gave birth, so Vivek could become an Anchor Baby US citizen under the 14thA. And after 40 years Vivek’s father is still not a citizen. @AP
Here’s a throwback to Trump’s first term: he made over 500 visits to his own properties, funneling taxpayer money into his businesses.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's "populist" scam is exposed in record time as powerful corporations flood his inauguration fund with millions of dollars — proving that he really serves them.
MAGA supporters really fell for it again...
In return for donations from Fortune 500 companies, cryptocurrency companies, and corrupt individual billionaires, Trump is allowing them to attend a fancy "Starlight Ball" with him, Melania, and incoming Cabinet figures.
A packet sent to donors and fundraisers revealed that the the donors will also receive exclusive benefits during the three-day inauguration. This is buying access, plain and simple.
Amazon, Ford Motor Company, and hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin have all pledged $1 million. Robinhood, an online stock-trading platform, is giving $2 million. Crypto company Ripple is giving $5 million in digital currency.
"Money is a way of building relationships in Washington," said Michael Beckel, research director of political reform group Issue One. "Everyone is racing to make friends. The incoming president has a lot of power and being able to get in on the ground floor through a large contribution to his inaugural committee is a way for megadonors and corporate interests to be currying favor with the administration."
Once he's in the White House, these donors will obviously receive priority access and their pet issues will receive Trump's attention. Meanwhile, the average Americans who put Trump into office will be left by the wayside.

I’m deeply questioning my decision to support the Republican Party after witnessing the persistent and dehumanizing attacks directed at me and my community by individuals who, despite hiding behind a veneer of respectability, openly harbor and amplify racist ideologies. I’ve tried to hold onto the belief that these voices represent a vocal minority, not the broader values of the party. But time and again, I am disheartened as accounts with massive followings—many of them wielding significant influence—parrot unhinged conspiracy theories and perpetuate overtly racist tropes without consequence.
This isn’t just about isolated comments or fringe behavior; it’s about a pattern that reveals an uncomfortable truth about the party’s failure to unequivocally reject bigotry. These attacks aren’t simply offensive—they are alienating to communities whose values, work ethic, and aspirations align with many conservative principles, yet find themselves consistently vilified.
The most troubling part is the normalization of this rhetoric by individuals who should be using their platforms to unite, not divide. It forces one to ask: Is this truly the exception, or is it a reflection of an undercurrent that the party is unwilling—or worse, uninterested—to confront? For a movement that claims to champion merit, individual dignity, and opportunity, it’s disheartening to see those ideals betrayed by voices that choose hate over inclusion.
If the Republican Party wants to grow, evolve, and truly represent a diverse and forward-thinking electorate, it must take a hard look at its blind spots and the voices it elevates. Without that reckoning, it risks alienating not just me, but countless others who once believed in its promise.
On Christmas day hundreds of thousands of women marched in Georgia against the pro-Kremlin authoritarian government. It's been at least 29 days of mass protests.

The Covid vaccine was a MASSIVE
success during the pandemic.
Look how global deaths plummeted once the vaccines were rolled out at scale in early 2022!!
America has 815 billionaires as of this year. Collectively they have a record $6.7 trillion in wealth.
The bottom 50% of Americans control $3.7 trillion in wealth.
When 815 people control more wealth than half a country’s population, we have a very serious problem.
I need someone to explain to me why it’s always “if you can’t pay rent, buy fewer lattes and avocado toasts” and not “if you can’t pay your employees a living wage, buy fewer yachts and real estate”.
Explain it to me like I’m in kindergarten.
