Ridiculous. Now they don’t even let people wait on hold anymore. Been waiting over a month!!

@J__Velasquez Hey Josefa could you address PUA next, we saw some one asked about it right when he got up yesterday. Thought today he would answer. People are really frustrated & confused, some got random $600 deposits in their accounts while still having pending applications. Thank you!

@NYGovCuomo @melissadderosa So where are the ‘facts’ about the PUA unemployment money for the people who have been waiting more than a month with no concrete answers? And @melissadderosa very smartly continues to evade the question! Please don’t be a hypocrite governor, nobody likes a lier! WE ARE SUFFERING

@Elained24237714 @NYCHRA I submitted mine way back mid March when the App was still working. I emailed the App people and they just told me to fax the rest of the documents for now or use the App during off peak hours. I tried last night at 11pm and it was working so so. I can DM you the number.

@NYCHRA How about you guys help those who applied more than a month ago! you are leaving people on hold for hours then hang up on them! then you say you will call them back and never do, people are suffering they need actual help, not these advertisements!! and fix the App!!

@NYCHRA Please help! I did not receive interview call for my CA application. I applied April 6 and uploaded documents into HRA App. Try calling info line for 5 days now, always on hold for hours!!
